“Oliver & Rose Art was born in my dining room as a result of the pandemic. I like many others was trying to figure out what was next? I had been in the hospitality industry in San Diego as a server and bartender for 15 years and not only was my industry one of those hit hardest, but I was also trying to figure out if this was the time to pivot and move on to the next chapter in my life. I started making resin geode coasters as a decoration for our upcoming wedding in October of 2020, and I haven’t stopped creating since! When I decided I’d try to give this art thing a go and try to make a business out of it I started booking booth space at markets, fairs and art walks and turned my love for art into a full time business. I’m loving every moment of this creative journey that life has taken me on! When I’m not busy working you’ll find me camping or hiking with my wonderful husband Matthew and my sweet fur-child Uly.”
